The Mindset Tapestry is a mental health tool that builds a routine of positivity into both your child’s day, and yours. As you like to prioritize your mental self- care into your day, why shouldn’t your child? Or better yet, do it together! Using a system of mirror talk, affirmation tags and beautifully illustrated caregiver cards, this tool is one-of-a-kind and interactive. Easy to follow, the tapestry is a great resource for instilling confidence, self-esteem, and self-love.

Strengthening the connection between caregiver and child, the tapestry is a vessel for building greater connections with your child and establishing a foundation of love, trust and acceptance.

How it Works:
Hang the tapestry in a convenient area, such a your child’s bedroom wall or in a common area of your home or classroom. Each day that your child wakes, have them choose an affirmation tag from the drop down pouch. You, as the caregiver, would then choose the corresponding card that aligns with the chosen affirmation tag. They will recite the words “I AM” along with affirmation, while simultaneously looking in the mirror. You can further affirm this mantra by showing them the illustration on the card and using the tips detailed on the back of the card to facilitate a meaningful conversation. Practice this routine daily to ensure a positive mindset and increased bond.
