Returns
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can send it back for an exchange or store credit ONLY. We do not offer refunds. We accept returns for all unworn and unused merchandise with their original tags for orders shipped within the United States. If you wish to return an online order you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your item and it must be sent back to us (post stamped) within 4 days of you receiving the item.
We reserve the right to not issue a store credit and will send items back to you if we believe the item to have been worn/washed or used in any way. We are a small family owned business and hope that you can respect this and not order items with the intention of using the clothing for family photos etc and then sending them back to us. All clothing items will be shipped with an additional tag that if removed, will void any returns or exchanges.
To request a return, please email us at shop@littlewaveskids.com for a return authorization. If you would like us to send you a return label (at a cost to you of $8) please email or call us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Item must be sent back in the same packaging as it arrived to you in. If shipping was for a bulky item the return label cost may be more and will be deducted from your store credit.
Holiday themed items can not be returned, including but not limited to Halloween, Christmas, Easter and Valentines Day.
Hats, underwear, socks and swimwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
