ONLINE ORDERS

To request a return for an online purchase, a return request must be submitted within 3 days of your order being delivered. Please email shop@littlewaveskids.com with your order number and what you wish to return. 

Once your return has been approved, items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Returns are eligible for store credit only (less shipping cost of $8 regardless if you qualified for free shipping). We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Shipping costs are NON REFUNDABLE.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery, along with photos of the issue.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept damage or defect claims after this 3-day period.

FINAL SALE

All sale items, swimwear, undergarments, accessories, and special orders are final sale.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All International orders are FINAL SALE. No returns are accepted. 

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees that may apply to their order. Little Waves Kids is not responsible for these additional charges.

CANCELING ORDERS

if you wish to cancel your order after it has been processeD we charge an $8 cancellation fee.
